No Returns or Refunds

All purchases made through Kallarzz are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests once an order has been placed.

Please make sure to review your order details, product information, and selected options carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and videos of the package and product.

We will review the issue and, if the problem is verified to be our responsibility, we may offer an appropriate resolution.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or dispatched. If you need to make a change to your order, contact us as soon as possible after placing it. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made before processing.
